Temp Position – Admin/Payroll – Berrybank Piggery









Westvic Staffing Solutions together with Berrybank Piggery, Windermere. As a temp payroll/ admin personnel, you have an opportunity to be a part of a booming industry.


Temp Duties

As a temp admin/payroll personnel, you will be exposed to a wide range of hands-on tasks, including:

  • Payroll through Reckon Accounts Hosted (preferred)
  • Pay superannuation
  • End of month reports
  • Pay the activity statement
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, switchboards, computers
  • Input, store and retrieve data on computers
  • Use financial packages to perform payroll, maintain financial ledgers and journals, and prepare financial records and reports
  • Receive and record invoices and arrange payment
  • Prepare and send invoices to debtors
  • Calculate and distribute wages and salaries
  • Check customers credit ratings
  • Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management
  • Prepare reconciliations of accounts

The successful candidate for this position will have the following:

  • Knowledge in payroll, invoicing and end of month reporting
