Westvic Staffing Solutions, in partnership with Iona College, currently have an exciting opportunity available for Certificate III in Information Technology Traineeship.

Iona College is looking for an enthusiastic Trainee ICT Support Officer, passionate about the area of Information Technology. The successful applicant will work alongside senior ICT staff members proficient in their area of Information Technology. If you have a desire to gain real world ICT experience, we encourage your application.

The successful applicant will display:

• Exceptional communication skills via phone, email & face to face
• Punctual and understand the value of time management
• Have a desire to assist students, staff and community members with a broad range of ICT enquiries
• Show initiative and problem-solving skills using a method of proven troubleshooting techniques to grow within the role
• Grow within the role over time and experience

• Hands-on experience in the education sector
• Guidance and mentorship from experienced educators
• Options to explore pathways of Certificate IV

Require or willing to obtain:

• Working with Children’s Check
• Police Check
