Horticulture Traineeship 2025 – Casterton Memorial Hospital

 

Westvic Staffing Solutions in partnership with Casterton Memorial Hospital have a great opportunity for a Horticulture Trainee commencing in 2025.

 

The successful applicant will be working closely with Maintenance Staff in the delivery of the gardening and maintenance requirements of the busy local hospital. All whilst studying a Certificate II in Horticulture through South West Tafe.

 

The successful applicant will display:

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, co-workers
  • Physical strength and stamina
  • Attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of hand and power tools.
