Wayne Robertson

Wayne commenced his career as an apprentice working in the Meat Retailing Industry. Wayne joined Westvic Staffing Solutions in 2004 as a Group Training Field Officer in our Colac and Corangamite sites. Wayne progressed to Manager of our Group Training department in 2007 where he has overseen the growth of this area to now be recognised as the largest employer of apprentice and trainees in south west Victoria.
During 2017 Wayne was appointed Apprenticeship Employment – Network Operations Manager and is now the Chief Operating Officer with a strong focus on strategic leadership. Wayne has created strong networks with key industry stakeholders in our region, and driven a number of innovative strategies that have created both opportunity and growth for the organisation.
