About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, develop new skills, and make a real impact.

 

Qualification and Experience

 

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent).

 

  1. Experience:
  • Internship or placement experience in civil engineering is beneficial.

 

  1. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
  • Highly proficient skills in MS Excel.
  • A working understanding of digital markup software (Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, etc).
  • A working understanding of cadastral surveying would be considered beneficial.
  • A basic understanding of OHS laws, regulations and expectations is beneficial.

 

  1. Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
