Business Admin Traineeship – Elmstone Property Group

 

Westvic Staffing Solutions together with Elmstone Property Group have an opportunity to be a part of their growing and developing business. Completing a Certificate III in Business Administration.

 

Traineeship Duties

As a trainee, you will be exposed to a wide range of admin duties.

A Business Administration trainee may perform any or all of the following tasks:

  • Arrange appointments for callers or for people working in the organisation and keep records of these
  • Open and deal with incoming mail, and organise outgoing and posting mail
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, switchboards, computers
  • File correspondence and other records
  • Draft letters and reports on behalf of the organisation
  • Organise business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions

 

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a good work ethic, a strong interest in the industry and the desire to learn new skills. 

 

The successful candidate for this position will have the following:

  • A driver’s licence is preferred
  • A willingness to learn.
  • An honest and reliable attitude, committed to contributing to a team environment.
