As a Westvic Staffing Solutions employee, I invite you to take the time to read and understand your organisations position statement on COVID 19. As you will be aware, the Coronavirus has had wide ranging impacts on the way we live and work in Australia. Like many countries across the world, restrictions are being imposed on businesses and individuals in a bid to limit the spread of infection.

As a consequence, the restrictions have led to great uncertainty about ongoing employment for many Australians. Individual workplaces are being impacted in different ways with some businesses able to continue its services, while many are having to reduce their workforce numbers or even close their doors.

Westvic Staffing Solutions have been working on a range of strategies to ensure all employees are provided as much support as possible through this difficult time. An important aspect of that support is the security of each employees’ entitlements, including annual leave and sick leave. It is important for you to know that if your current employment placement is in jeopardy, Westvic Staffing Solutions as your legal employer, will work with you to assess what level of financial support can be offered on a case-by-case basis.
