Outdoor Leadership Traineeship – Cave Hill Creek

Westvic Staffing Solutions together with Cave Hill Creek, Beaufort have an opportunity to be a part of their team.

Traineeship Duties

Activity Instructors are passionate outdoors enthusiasts, ready to inspire a new generation of young people.  They will be professional and motivated and able to work as part of Cave Hill Creek’s outdoor team to deliver exceptional residential and journey-based programs.

The trainee instructor role is a 12 month workplace traineeship, working and studying full time, undertaking a Certificate IV in Outdoor Leadership. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a good work ethic, a strong interest in the industry and the desire to learn new skills. 

You will be provided with all the ingredients you need to succeed and support you through your traineeship with allocated time for your study and most days you’ll enjoy a free meal on us. Onsite accommodation is on offer also as part of your employment package.
