Westvic Staffing Solutions are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are interested in Hospitality opportunities in Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula Regions. We have a no. of employers we work alongside who are looking for dedicated and reliable staff to join their hospitality teams. As a member of front-of-house team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful experience for our guests.

As a trainee you will complete a Certificate III in Hospitality in 12 months and work between 20 and 38 hrs per week.

Positions Available:                Hospitality Trainee (Certificate III in Hospitality)

Fixed term for 12 months

Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Retail sales and customer recommendations
• Take orders and serve food
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Clear tables and maintain a clean space
• Handle cash/EFT and process payments accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not necessary
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
• Customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
