Business Traineeship – Ballarat

Westvic Staffing Solutions in partnership with Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute currently have a unique opportunity for a part time (30 Hours) Business Trainee working in the Events/Marketing team to join their expanding Ballarat team.

The successful candidate will undertake a Certificate III in Business. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, friendly nature, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Tasks included:

• Assisting with administration duties
• Assisting Event and Fundraising Staff
• Liaising with volunteers
• Attending events such as Ballarat Cycle Classic

Personal requirements:

• Strong people skills – the ability to effectively communicate, understand, and empathise with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and design flair
• Passion for digital marketing
• The ability to display innovation and initiative
