Apprentice Chef – Ragazzone Restaurant – Ballarat

Westvic Staffing Solutions in partnership with Ragazzone Restaurant – located in Ballarat, are currently seeking applications for an apprentice chef.

This modern Italian restaurant – on Mair Street opposite the Gov Hub building – has a huge following. We can see why. It’s a warm and intimate space, painted pale cordovan (think salmon pink) and with locally made concrete bar tops.


See yourself working here? Do you have a passion for food, and ready to unleash your creativity with a flair for flavour and ingredients while combining your work and study. This is a 3-year full-time apprenticeship position (38 hours per week) that allows you to earn while you learn by undertaking a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.

Full training along with ongoing mentoring and coaching will be provided to you. You’ll have the chance to get experience and hone your skills.
